Analysis Studio

Advanced Analytics for Any Data

Analysis Studio is a browser-based analysis suite with twenty modules, from descriptive statistics and regression to survey weighting, quality control, and epidemiologic analysis. Every procedure that supports it handles sampling weights, strata, clusters, and replicate weights. All computation runs in your browser.

Free to Use: Every Module, through March 31, 2027; Advanced Features: $299 per year

Built for Survey Designs

One design declaration covers the whole project: weights with confirmed types, strata, primary sampling units, finite population corrections, and replicate weights. Design-based variances come from a single variance engine.

Guided Setup and Checks

The suite profiles each file and detects variable types. Assumption checks run before results display, and a check never changes a method without saying so.

Twenty Modules, One Suite

Descriptive statistics, regression, weighting, experiments, and advanced models in one suite, released all at once under one license.

Reports and Reproducible Code

Each analysis produces finished tables, charts, and a plain-language interpretation. Exports cover Word reports, Excel tables, and results files, and every analysis exports a manifest and an R script that reproduces the run.

Your Data Never Leaves Your Browser

Parsing, computation, and file generation happen on your machine. No data values, results, file names, or variable names are sent to a server. The backend handles accounts, licenses, and payments only.

  • Survey data and calculations remain in your browser
  • Files open in SPSS, Stata, SAS, Excel, and delimited text formats
  • Payment is processed by Stripe, and card details go directly to Stripe
The Suite

What the Suite Covers

Twenty modules in one set under one license.

Twenty Modules, One Set

  • Module 1 Descriptive Statistics and Frequencies. Summaries and frequency tables for any variable, overall or by group, with design-based intervals for survey data.
  • Module 2 Crosstabs and Tests of Association. Contingency tables with chi-square, Fisher exact, and Rao-Scott tests for survey designs.
  • Module 3 Comparing Means. One-sample, two-group, paired, and one-way ANOVA procedures, with Welch methods by default and design-based tests for survey data.
  • Module 4 Correlation. Pearson, Spearman, and Kendall correlation with intervals, plus partial correlation.
  • Module 5 Linear Regression. Multiple regression with robust standard errors, diagnostics, and design-based estimation for survey data.
  • Module 6 Logistic Regression. Binary outcome models with odds ratios, marginal effects, and Firth estimation when separation is detected.
  • Module 7 Sample Size and Power Planner. Required sample size, power, and minimum detectable effect for common designs, including cluster and stratified survey designs.
  • Module 8 Rank-Based Tests and Exact Alternatives. Rank-based tests, exact tests, and the design-based rank test for survey data.
  • Module 9 Key Driver Analysis. Relative importance of predictors from Shapley and relative-weights decompositions, with an importance and performance quadrant chart.
  • Module 10 A/B Test Analyzer. Variant comparisons for binary, continuous, count, and ratio metrics, with sample ratio mismatch checks and CUPED variance reduction.
  • Module 11 Survey Weighting and Raking. Base weights, nonresponse adjustment, raking, and trimming, with full weight diagnostics. A companion card in the app, Propensity Adjustment for Nonprobability Samples, weights opt-in and other nonprobability samples against a reference probability sample, combined with calibration.
  • Module 12 Trend Analysis Across Survey Waves. Design-based trend tests and change estimates for repeated cross-sectional surveys.
  • Module 13 Scale Reliability and Exploratory Factor Analysis. Cronbach alpha, McDonald omega, and exploratory factor analysis with parallel analysis.
  • Module 14 Count, Ordinal, and Multinomial Regression. Poisson, negative binomial, proportional-odds, and multinomial models.
  • Module 15 Mixed-Effects Models and Repeated Measures. Linear and generalized linear mixed models, plus repeated-measures ANOVA.
  • Module 16 Survival Analysis. Kaplan-Meier estimates, log-rank tests, and Cox models, including design-based versions.
  • Module 17 Time Series and Forecasting. Decomposition, trend tests, and ETS and ARIMA forecasts checked against benchmarks on a holdout sample.
  • Module 18 Propensity Score Analysis. Weighting and matching for binary exposures, with balance diagnostics and E-value sensitivity analysis.
  • Module 19 Statistical Quality Control and Improvement. Shewhart control charts with run rules and ARL disclosure, gauge R&R studies, and process capability with normal and non-normal routes.
  • Module 20 Epidemiologic Analysis. Measures of occurrence, direct and indirect standardization, association and impact with Mantel-Haenszel pooling, matched designs, diagnostic accuracy, agreement, outbreak investigation, and life-table survival.

Validation

How Each Module Earns Release

The validation framework is the house standard, carried over from SAE Studio. Acceptance criteria are set before any evidence is produced, and a criterion does not change after results are seen without a recorded decision and a full re-run.

01

Criteria Set in Advance

Acceptance criteria for each module are fixed before any testing begins, in fixed tolerance classes for each method type, and the full test record is kept with the module.

02

End-to-End Tests

Tests compare the numbers a user sees and exports: result tables, Excel and CSV files, narrative text, and the output of the generated R script.

03

Release Gates

Each module needs a full review package, a statistical review against the module's pre-registered criteria, with a verdict of A or B, and owner sign-off before it becomes visible.
